Good Morning Pet Hospital of Orange,
This is just a quick note to THANK ALL of you for taking the time to help “Betty” come home. She is all cleaned up and back with her family where she belongs. I will be sending a more detailed thank you with her story of gratitude for bringing her home. I will be getting some pictures done to show you there was a cute little dog under all the hair and dirt. My sister was even kind enough to give her a few baths and a small trim before I could see her and after the groomer shaved her down she was in good shape after being gone for 9 + months. The chip I had put in her was the best investment anyone who loves there pet can do to help get them home. It is a miracle for me to ever see her again. My sincere appreciation for making the call to bring Betty home to me, as I too was homeless 9 yrs ago and the thought of her on the streets or being abused or neglected left me empty inside. I will tell her story to anyone who will listen to have your pet micro-chipped and don’t forget to go on line and have the pet registered. I hope you all know how grateful to you all, hope you have a great day!
Dear Dr. Wiatt.
Just wanted to send you a quick update, as it has been three years since you gave Kindred her first ultrasound. I'm happy to let you know she is still with us!
And I'm compelled to thank you once again for your advice about taking her home and just enjoy whatever time we have left. Who could have imagined at that time it would be 36 months???
I give a lot of credit to the wonderful care and management she receives from Sam, Jodie, Dr. Hagins, and the rest of the gang over at Community. Of course, all the oodles of loving and playing
she enjoys here at home can't be hurting any!
Here's the most recent picture of her. Bright eyed and ready to fetch her squeaky ball. We take everything with her one week at a time, but so far so good. She recently had xrays to check her lungs, etc.
and everything is looking great. So, if we can just keep those kidneys working for a while longer, it seems she's good for at least a few more miles. ;0)
"Dear Dr. Wiatt, and staff,
I just want to thank you for all that you have done for Oakely and my family. Over the years you have always been there for Oakley. I know she loved and trusted all of you, just as we have.
These last few months have really meant a lot to us and a very big part of that was because of all of you. We really miss Oakley and our lives will never be the same without her.
I am just so glad that the powers that be brought us and Pet hospital together years ago.
YOU ARE ALL THE BEST!
Thanks again so much"
D.F. and Family
"Thank you so much to all the staff at Pet Hospital for taking care of Taffy, our cocker spaniel.
After 14 years with our family, she is missed very much. The groomers kept her beautiful. Dr. Wiatt and all the assistants kept her healthy for many years. Because of the excellent care and attention given to animals, we will continue to bring our pets to pet hospital, including our new puppy, Peaches."
"Dear Dr. Wiatt,
Thank you so much for taking such good care of Taylor. His eye is healed and he's doing fine. He's back to playing and being his old self. His teeth are being kept clean. They are brushed every night and he's getting daily breath fresheners. They work with the digestive system.
Thank You again for sending him home healthy and happy."
Dear Dr. Wiatt,
It is hard to put into words how grateful we are to you and your staff. Our dog, Spike, is truly a member of our family and he would have been greatly missed if we had lost him.
We prayed for a miracle after he ate the snail poison, and that miracle came in the form of you and your staff. We want to thank you and you technicians for taking such tremendous care of our little "fur person."

To Our Friends at The Pet Hospital
Thank you so much for the card and the donation in Jet's name. All of you were so kind and understanding of how painful it was for us to find out Jet had cancer, and were so helpful with all my calls. It takes a special kind of person to handle that kind of situation daily, and everyone of you were great.
Thank You again for making our loss a little easier.

Dear Dr. Wiatt
First I must tell you, that I have NEVER IN MY LIFE felt so compelled to write a letter like this.
Recently, one of your vet Techs, Susan Lopez, who happens to be one of my neighbors, suggested that I bring my Terrier, Buddy, in to get his annual vaccinations. I took him in on a Wednesday to get his shots, but noticed that he was limping a little. I had taken him on a little "nature hike" the prior weekend. I was greeted at your facility by your friendly staff and explained why I was there.
Then the magic started to happen. Your vet Techs, took a look at his paw. She noticed a sticker in his right front paw that I could not see. It turned out to be a foxtail that was almost 1/2 an inch into his paw. She masterfully removed it, cleaned the area around his paw and then gave him his shots. They were both so wonderful with him, I was thrilled to see the amount of care they truly had for his well being.
As if this wasn't enough, last Friday the 19th, I was walking Buddy with a neighbor, when we were attacked by a Pit bull. In a state of almost shock, I was taken to your facility by my neighbor where Susan Lopez met us as soon as we walked in the door. They immediately went to work on him, and Susan asked that he be given a gas anesthetic so that he could go home with me that evening. She obviously knows how much Buddy means to me.
He is now recovering from his wounds and seems to be doing much better. And I owe you and all of your skilled and compassionate staff for giving me back "my baby." You have a client for life.
Sincerely and Eternally Grateful,"
Cindy Banks (Buddy's mom)
Dear Dr. Wiatt and Staff,
Just wanted to thank you for taking such great care of my dog Autumn. She is recovering from her surgery beautifully. I knew without a doubt she was in the best care.
Thank You so much,
We were referred to you by a friend that brought her dog to you for many years. I wish we had found you sooner before our pet got so very old as you are a great vet. The time you spent easing our pain for us leaving our pet with you is so appreciated. I (we) feel so much better after so much needed thoughts as to the decision to ease our pet’s distress.
Thank you so very much- you are a great Doc and a wonderful human being.
The reason I chose the Pet Hospital for Max' surgery was because of the positive feedback posted on Yelp. Even after reading the positive reviews, I was not prepared for how truly excellent this facility and its employees are. My expectations were exceeded completely and here is why: Animals have senses that we do not, having the ability to sense hostility, aggression, and then the more positive signals such as friendliness. Max is a Pit Bull who is very protective and NEVER has a stranger approached him, nor I, without him going ballistic. This includes at home as well as on walks through our neighborhood, and it took months before in-laws could be in our house with Max walking around freely. So concerned for the safety of the staff, I requested a muzzle to put on him prior to entering the hospital. Surprise, awe, confusion are just a couple of the emotions I felt when the first Technician approached Max without hesitation and commenced with handling and examining him. Not only did Max NOT bark but his tail was wagging, and that wagging did not stop until we left. Every person to include Dr. Wiatt was met by Max with wagging tail and a completely docile demeanor. When I brought Max in for a follow up, he actually stood on his back legs in order to see over the counter to greet the receptionist, again with tail wagging. These are good people who care for animals, and the animals respond in kind. I recall taking a dog to a Veterinary clinic in another city and he had to be dragged in and the dog's fear started as soon as we turned into the parking lot. No such emotions from the Pet Hospital because they are truly gifted and caring, so Max does not fear them. As a rescued dog he is more fearful than other dogs and so it is refreshing to see him so comfortable receiving treatment. Lastly, Max had surgery and prior to the surgery had a consultation and price quote. Here as well, my expectations were exc eeded as not only was the fee lower than I expected, but when it came time to pay, my invoice was LESS than the quoted price! By a significant amount, and where have any of us experienced that? I am a loyal customer from here on out because I want only the best for my little buddy!
